Sürmene pide

Pide made in Sürmene since the 1940s from hand-rolled dough baked with local cheese and butter. The cheese and butter come from the milk of animals fed on highland grasses. The registration is held by the Sürmene Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen.
