Hamsiköy rice pudding

Rice pudding made with milk, rice and sugar in the Hamsiköy area of Maçka district. It uses milk from animals grazing the pastures on the foothills of Mount Zigana. The registration is held by the Maçka Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen.
