Sakarya Museum

Ministry of Culture and Tourism museum in a three-storey house built in 1910–1915. The archaeology hall shows Prehistoric, Phrygian, Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine finds; the ethnography hall shows Ottoman and Republican-era items. Atatürk met his mother in this building in 1922; the museum opened in 1993.
