Babadağ thyme honey

Honey made from the flowers of thyme growing wild in the Babadağ district. It is harvested with Anatolian bees in August and September and has a slightly reddish colour. Registered as a designation of origin in 2020 on the application of the Denizli Beekeepers' Association.
