About
Mosque built in Beyşehir in 1296–1299. Its outer walls are of stone, while inside rows of wooden columns carry a flat wooden ceiling, with carved woodwork. It is one of five mosques on the UNESCO World Heritage List as the Wooden Hypostyle Mosques of Medieval Anatolia.
