2. Essential characteristics of the service
The subject matter of the purchase is a digital visibility subscription for a business listing on the Citiveo platform. No physical product is involved. The features included in each package are listed on the purchase screen and on the pricing page.
3. Price
The total price is determined by the selected package, the business's sector and city, and the billing period (monthly/annual), and is displayed on the purchase screen inclusive of VAT. No additional charges, shipping costs or service fees are levied beyond the amount shown on the screen. The billing currency is TRY for businesses in Turkey and EUR for the European region.
In the case of an upgrade from an existing subscription, only the pro-rated difference attributable to the remaining days of the current period, as displayed on the screen, is charged.
4. Payment method
Payment is made by credit or debit card via iyzico's secure payment page. Card details are not transmitted to the Seller.
5. Performance and duration
The service is digital and commences immediately upon payment confirmation. The subscription is monthly or annual according to the selected period and renews automatically at the end of each period; a reminder e-mail is sent prior to renewal. Automatic renewal may be cancelled from the user dashboard, and any such cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. Right of withdrawal
The scope of the right of withdrawal and its application to digital services are set out on the [İptal, İade ve Cayma Koşulları [Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Terms]](/legal/iptal-iade-ve-cayma-kosullari) page. By completing the transaction, the Buyer acknowledges that they have consented, at the payment step, to the immediate performance of the service and understands that such consent may affect their right of withdrawal.
7. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be directed to support at citiveo.com. Buyers who qualify as consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.
