Set on the top floor of the Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus in Karaköy, Mürver is a live-fire restaurant founded by Mehmet Gürs and built around wood and charcoal. Chef Mevlüt Özkaya's seasonal menu uses Anatolian produce, grilled, smoked and baked. An open kitchen, a cocktail bar and a terrace with city views complete the setting.
