Opened by Mehmet Gürs in 2005, Mikla occupies the rooftop of The Marmara Pera hotel in Tepebaşı. Its modern kitchen reinterprets Anatolian produce with a Scandinavian-style restraint, and the terrace and bar look out across the Golden Horn to the historic peninsula.
