Opened in 2022 in a roughly century-old building in Karaköy, AŞEKA serves chef Deniz Erinç's modern cooking, which changes with the seasons. In a dimly lit, dark-toned dining room guests can choose à la carte or creative set menus, with careful seasoning and rich sauces at the fore. There is also a cocktail bar on site.
