About
Museum complex opened in 2011 on the 30,000 m² grounds of the former Tekel tobacco factory. It displays about 3,000 m² of mosaics and 140 m² of frescoes from the ancient city of Zeugma, four Roman fountains, columns, limestone statues and a bronze statue of Mars; the Gypsy Girl mosaic is kept here. The building also houses mosaic restoration laboratories.
