The Church of St Nicholas (Santa Claus), the rock tombs of Myra and Kekova.

Demre, on Antalya's west coast, is the site of ancient Myra. The Lycian rock tombs above the theatre, the Church of St Nicholas, the saint known as Santa Claus, and the harbour city of Andriake are its main sights; the sunken city of Kekova and Kaleköy (Simena) are visited by boat. The plain is covered with greenhouses.
