BUYER The natural or legal person who purchases a subscription through the Citiveo business panel. The Buyer's name/trade name, e-mail address and invoicing details are those declared by the Buyer at the time of placing the order.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject matter of this contract is the Buyer's purchase of a digital visibility subscription for a business page on the Citiveo platform (citiveo.com), and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The subscription is a service; no physical goods are delivered. The subscription covers the visibility of the business page and the tools available in the panel; it does not cover the sale of goods or services that the Buyer offers to its own customers.
3. Scope of the Service
The packages and the features they include are published on an up-to-date basis on the pricing page. The general framework is as follows:
- Free — business page, location, opening hours, a limited number of photographs, replies to reviews.
- Standard — search and WhatsApp buttons, campaigns and single-use coupons, menu, live status, detailed analytics, listing above free-tier entries.
- Premium — everything included in Standard, plus higher limits, listing above Standard entries, category comparison, weather-based campaigns, airport welcome area, and instant publication of updates.
Certain packages may not be available for sale in certain sectors; the purchase screen displays only the packages available for sale in the relevant sector.
4. Price and Currency
The subscription fee varies by sector and city and is displayed clearly on screen at the time of purchase. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
The billing currency is determined by the pricing zone in which the business is located: Turkish Lira (TRY) for businesses in Turkey, and Euro (EUR) for the European zone. The pricing zone is determined by the city in which the business is located and is independent of the content currency (the currency displayed in menus).
The price is fixed to the subscription at the time of purchase; subsequent increases to the listed price do not affect the current subscription until its renewal date, and any price change is notified prior to renewal.
5. Payment
Payment is collected via the iyzico infrastructure, on iyzico's own secure payment page. Card details are not stored in the Seller's systems at any stage; the Seller retains only the card references generated on the iyzico side. 3D Secure verification is carried out on the iyzico side.
For corporate buyers, payment by bank transfer (wire/EFT) may be agreed separately; in that case, no card charge is made.
6. Delivery and Performance
The service is digital and performed immediately: upon payment confirmation, the package features are activated on the business page and in the panel. There is no separate delivery period, shipping or physical delivery.
7. Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal
The subscription is purchased on a monthly or annual basis. Under the annual option, a twelve-month period is charged at the rate of ten months.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. Renewal is charged by the Seller against the card stored with iyzico at the time of payment. A reminder is sent to the Buyer by e-mail prior to renewal.
To stop automatic renewal, it is sufficient to cancel through the panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the service continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Package Changes
An upgrade takes effect immediately, and only the pro-rated difference corresponding to the remaining number of days is charged; this amount and its calculation are shown on the payment screen.
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; the features of the current package continue to be available throughout the paid period. Photographs and campaigns that exceed the lower package's limits are not deleted — they are hidden; they are restored upon upgrading to a higher package.
9. Payment Failure
If a renewal payment cannot be collected, the account is not closed. Panel access remains open; only the paid visibility is paused. If collection cannot be achieved following the scheduled payment retry and reminder process, the subscription is downgraded to the free tier.
10. Right of Withdrawal
The provisions governing the right of withdrawal are set out in detail on the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Terms page, which forms an integral part of this contract.
11. Disputes
The Buyer may refer complaints and objections to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade. Where the Buyer does not hold consumer status, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia shall have jurisdiction.
12. Entry into Force
The Buyer declares, at the payment step, that they have read and accepted this contract and the Ön Bilgilendirme Formu [Preliminary Information Form]. The contract enters into force upon payment confirmation.
