About
Meatballs made from beef, stale bread, beef fat, salt and garlic, kneaded at length and shaped into small patties. They are cooked over a charcoal grill and served with grilled pointed peppers and tomatoes. The registration is held by the Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
