About
Museum on Temenni Hill in central Ürgüp. Construction began in 1968 and it opened in 1971. The collection includes stone and ceramic works, fossil mammoth tusks about 10 million years old, Palaeozoic marine fossils, ceramics from the Bronze Age to the Byzantine period, coins and ethnographic items.
