About
An oval simit of about 200 g and 15 cm across. The dough is flour, water and tahini, raised with local chickpea starter, brushed with a thin mix of flour, water and grape molasses, and baked over wood fire for about ten minutes on each side. Registered by the Nevşehir Bakers' Chamber.
