The Bodrum branch of Barbarossa, a fixture of Naousa harbour on Paros since 1987, opened in 2021 at the Caresse resort in Asarlık. Mediterranean seafood shaped by Greek and Italian traditions is cooked in an open kitchen and served on a seaside terrace facing a bay where yachts anchor.
