Yamanlardağı Nature Park

Yamanlardağı Nature Park is a 40-hectare area in the Karşıyaka district of İzmir, 17 km from Karşıyaka. It was declared a nature park on 11 July 2011, and its development plan was approved in 2013. The site was formerly used by the Ministry of Health as a tuberculosis sanatorium. According to the official information, the oxygen level in the area is above the world average. An old hotel building and stone bungalows stand on the site. The park is currently not open to visitors.
