On the fourth floor of the Mr. Cas Hotel on İstiklal Avenue, The Red Balloon serves dinner in an intimate, Belle Époque-inspired room with a bar and terrace. Chef Ulaş Durmaz, winner of the 2024 MICHELIN Young Chef Award, reworks classic dishes in a contemporary way using local produce and Aegean-Mediterranean influences, on a seasonal menu.
