The BARN is the restaurant of the Grandma's Wonderland farm hotel in Silivri, running a zero-waste kitchen that sources much of its poultry and vegetables from its own farm. Seasonal, plant-forward plates are built around produce from Thracian growers. Since August 2026 the kitchen has been led by chef Mehmet Karakuş.
