Open since 1994 on the slope of Ulus Park, Sunset Grill & Bar is known for its terrace overlooking the Bosphorus and the city. The menu mixes Mediterranean and Turkish cooking with Japanese-inspired plates and a sushi bar. Executive chef Marios Tsouris has led the kitchen since 2024, and there is an extensive wine cellar.
