Founded in 1901 by Pandeli Çobanoğlu, this long-standing lokanta has occupied the upper floor above the Spice Bazaar entrance since the 1950s, with dining rooms clad in blue tiles. Reopened in 2018, it serves classic Istanbul dishes such as sea bass baked in paper, hünkar beğendi and olive-oil dolmas.
