Occupying the upper floor of the historic passenger terminal at Galataport in Karaköy, Liman is a revival, reopened in 2021, of one of Istanbul's long-established restaurants. The kitchen reworks classic Turkish recipes with modern presentation, with lahmacun, sourdough pide and katmer among the highlights, and there is a terrace facing the Bosphorus.
