About

Avlu occupies the inner courtyard of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet, a converted former prison building. Chef Özgür Üstün gives Anatolian dishes a modern treatment, using seasonal and geographically-indicated produce from local suppliers. There is an à la carte menu as well as set menus, including a vegetarian one.
