About
Made from wild terebinth fruit from Gaziantep's uplands, picked in October–November, dried, roasted and ground to a paste. It contains no caffeine and is cooked with milk in a copper pot. It is also registered in the EU. Applicant: Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality.
