About
Pastry made by filling very thinly rolled dough with Antep pistachios, clotted cream, sugar and butter, folding it into a square envelope and baking it for a few minutes at about 200 °C. It is eaten at weddings and for breakfast. Applicant: Gaziantep Development Foundation.
