About
A sweet made by finely grinding early-harvest Antep pistachios and mixing them with sugar syrup heated to about 118 °C. The mass is cooled on marble, kneaded by hand and sliced. It is also registered in the EU. Applicant: Gaziantep Commodity Exchange.
