Hot lamb soup made with meat and marrow bones and served with rice, garlic and red pepper. The meat simmers for 10–12 hours in a copper cauldron; records trace the first beyran shop in the bazaar to 1885. Applicant: Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality.
