Getting around Bursa

- Where to buy
- BursaKart offices: BursaRay stations Şehreküstü, Arabayatağı, Hamitler-Fethiye and Üniversite, Acemler (Mudanya Cd.) and Bursa Bus Terminal; in districts Kestel, Gemlik, İnegöl, Karacabey, Mustafakemalpaşa and Yenice. A blank card costs 190 TL.

- Credit can be loaded online at bursakart.com.tr or at the card offices.
BURULAŞ contactless smart card, valid on city buses and rail (BursaRay, trams). Full, discounted, student and 100-ride pass options exist. The Şehreküstü office opens weekdays 07:30–18:30 and Saturdays 10:00–15:45.
Fares
Good to know
With BursaKart you get a transfer discount up to 3 times within 90 minutes of the first boarding. Under the 1 October 2026 tariff a discounted transfer costs 21.50 TL on a full-fare card and 16.25 TL on a discounted card.
On BursaRay, tap your card on the refund validator when you exit and part of the fare is returned for short trips: 12 TL for 1–5 stops, 5 TL for 6–11 stops.
On the night from Saturday to Sunday BursaRay runs normally between 00:00 and 01:00; from 01:30 to 04:30 an hourly bus follows the BursaRay route (arrangement from June 2026).
BURULAŞ's 'Nasıl Giderim?' (How do I get there?) tool shows bus, BursaRay and tram routes and timetables, including the Yenişehir Airport bus.
The cable car climbs from Teferrüç station in Yıldırım via Kadıyayla and Sarıalan to the Uludağ hotels area. According to the operator it runs daily 10:00–18:00; a return ticket is 500 TL full fare and 250 TL for students.
