From İzmir Airport to Aydın by train

All regional trains stop at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport railway station. The İzmir–Denizli, İzmir–Nazilli and İzmir–Söke trains run from here into Aydın province.

Havaş shuttle Kuşadası – İzmir Airport

The Havaş shuttle runs between Kuşadası bus station and İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport with a stop in Selçuk (Kuğulu Park next to the state hospital); the trip takes about 90 minutes. Departures from Kuşadası at 03:00, 07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00 and 23:00. Fares differ between sources; Havaş call centre 0850 222 0 487.

Getting to Kuşadası cruise port

Ege Port Kuşadası lies in the town centre, about 50 m from it; the port runs no shuttle. From the bus station take a taxi or minibus route 5 to the port. The port operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Public transport fares

By decision of the Aydın Metropolitan Municipal Council, from 19 May 2026 a full fare is 39 TL and a student fare 26 TL; the tariff applies province-wide.

Kuşadası – Samos ferries are seasonal

Meander Travel's Kuşadası–Samos sailings run from 1 April to 31 October 2026: to Vathy at 09:15 (Wednesday–Sunday until 14 May, then daily) and to Pythagorio daily at 08:30 from 1 May to 18 October. Crossing to Greece requires a passport and, where applicable, a Schengen visa.

Airports nearest to Aydın

Aydın has no airport with scheduled passenger flights. İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) is closest to the northern districts and Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) to Didim and the southern coast. From ADB, regional trains run to Aydın and Havaş buses serve Kuşadası.
