About
Güver Canyon Nature Park is in the Döşemealtı district of Antalya, 5 km from the district centre and 15–20 km from Antalya city centre. The 262.92-hectare site was designated as a nature park in 2020. Its main asset is Güver Canyon, which holds the status of a "Strictly Protected Sensitive Area". The canyon was formed by the erosion of travertine terrain over an estimated one million years. A cliff about 115 m deep divides the land into three parts, and streams flow along its floor. Surrounded by pine forest, the site lets visitors view the canyon from lookout points, take photographs, hike and go mountain biking. An entrance control point, a nature education centre, a fauna information centre and day-use areas have been proposed, and work on them is ongoing. The canyon's name is said to come from the wild pigeons that once nested on its steep cliffs.
Entry hours (DKMP, October 2026): 07:00–23:59.
